White Asparagus Season in Borsalino Restaurant of Angleterre Hotel

 

As summer is approaching St Petersburg with fresh colours and tastes, the new Asparagus menu in Borsalino Restaurant offers six smart and simple seasonal dishes, such as the popular Asparagus Risotto and very light White Asparagus Salad. To stay stand out among the numerous seasonal offers of other city restaurants our Chef created this gourmet menu by picking the tastiest Italian recipes. The menu will be available until the end of June accompanied in the evenings by Live Jazz and Blues by Pierre Eugene.
