The Gallery at Angleterre Hotel introduces new summer Tapas menu
The long-awaited summer has finally come into its own. A desire to paint the world with bright colors has become stronger and fashion trends of this new season are perfectly in line with this creative movement. Today the riot of colors and styles is not only about catwalks but also about … a dinner table! Angleterre Hotel sets the trends in culinary and encourages guests to broaden their gastronomic horizons by tasting delicious Mediterranean and Mexican dishes from the newly developed menu at the Gallery.
During the Summer 2011 the Gallery menu, famous for a wide range of Russian cuisine delicacies and caviar assortment, is offering guests the newly introduced gastronomic masterpieces representing Spanish, Italian and Mexican cuisines, beloved for their bright and unique flavours.
Even the most demanding gourmets will be satisfied with an opportunity to choose a dish completely corresponding to their personal taste preferences. A large palette of dishes includes such delicacies as Spanish tapas and Mexican nachos in guacamole or taco sauces, Italian lasagna and spaghetti, etc.
World famous for its abundance of fresh vegetables, fruit and seafood, the Mediterranean cuisine will originally complement an exotic Mexican one, full of piquant condiments, spices, fresh onions and garlic.
Every single guest of the Gallery will be able to enjoy a unique spectacular city view of the St. Isaac's Cathedral in the heart of St. Petersburg being inspired by a spring atmosphere reinforced with a culinary tour over the Mediterranean countries and Mexico.
