Lent menu at Borsalino restaurant
Borsalino restaurant has compiled a special menu for guests to enjoy during the period of Lent. The Lent dishes prepared by our chef are impressively diverse: ‘Monastery-style’ vegetable rolls; green salad with avocado and pine nuts; fried zucchini with baked tomatoes; glass noodle and vegetable salad; appetising aubergine roulette; and aromatic baked apple with marzipan for dessert.
Guests can enjoy dishes from Borsalino’s Lent menu from 15 February to 3 April.
