Our philosophy at Angleterre Hotel is to provide the very highest standards for our guests, and no more so than in the quality of our cuisine. Stefano Balduccio, the new chef at Borsalino, presents his menu of classical Italian cooking and guests now have the opportunity to try traditional dishes from Piedmont, Umbria, Naples, Sicily, Sardinia, Genoa and Palermo.

A true Italian dish, Stefano believes, is classical, simple, and for the recipe to be authentic, has to be cooked strictly according to its regional origin, right down to the use of ingredients from that particular region. Food lovers can enjoy Fillet of Swordfish alla Siciliana, Insalata Toscana, Veal Milanese and for dessert, Cannoli and Cassata.

In the evenings, from 8pm till 1am, our resident singer performs live music.

Adjacent to Borsalino is the Gallery, which has the most stunning views of any place in St Petersburg, overlooking the magnificent St Isaac's Cathedral. It is a relaxing venue where you can enjoy Afternoon Tea, a cocktail, a light meal from the Caviar menu, or try Hot Italian Chocolate.
