Borsalino restaurant continues the popular tradition of serving up everyone’s favourite Italian dishes.
In spring 2010 Borsalino offers its new menu. There is a wide selection of new dishes, such as Grilled Tuna Steak with Aubergine Puree and Orange Sauce, Penne with Swordfish and Broccoli, Tagliatelle with Rabbit and Vegetables, Warm Octopus Salad and many other exquisite Italian dishes prepared by chef Antonio Voci. The extensive wine menu will allow you to choose a wine to perfectly complement the dish of your choice.
The cosy restaurant Borsalino is located on the ground floor of the Angleterre hotel. Borsalino’s windows offer a spectacular view of St. Isaac’s cathedral.
The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
A business lunch is available from noon to 3 p.m., and between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. it’s ‘happy hours.’ During ‘happy hours’ every second drink is for free.
