Borsalino Restaurant offers the exquisite interior, relaxed atmosphere and inspiring view onto St Isaac’s Cathedral.
An authentic Italian menu includes best recipes from more than ten provinces of Italy: Piedmont, Umbria, Cecilia, Sardinia, Genoa, Palermo and others. The restaurant’s wine list comprises an extensive selection of Italian and other wines, allowing diners to choose a wine that complements their chosen meal perfectly.

Borsalino is located on the ground floor of the hotel, equipped with W-Fi. The restaurant’s capacity is up to 150 people.
There are also two fabulous private dining rooms which can be combined as one or used separately for up to 50 people.

The restaurant is open from 7 am until 1am.
Breakfast is from 7 am to 10.30 am (on weekends until 11 am).
Business Lunch is available from noon to 3 pm.
From 6 pm to 8 pm there are Happy hours at Borsalino, when guests get a second cocktail or a wine glass for free.
